Jennifer,
Christine and I would like to thank you and Harry so much for the
gift basket and movie passes! It was very thoughtful and we were pleasantly
surprised. Christine will confirm that I generally don't give good
recommendations unless it is very well deserved. It's not that I am
hard to please, but we have had our share of construction projects
where individuals don't show up when they are supposed to and they
don't have the common courtesy to pick up the phone and call us.
Harry and his staff are courteous, professional and responsible individuals.
We constantly have family and friends commenting favorably about how
things turned out and there isn't a day that goes by where we don't
comment about it ourselves.
Thanks again for the gift and we very much appreciate the excellent
work done on our remodel!

Hi Harry,
Our kitchen is complete and it turned out better than we expected.
Hooray!
We love the Den. The new windows add depth and light to the room. You
turned a non descript fireplace into a work of ART! The stone work
from
floor to ceiling is a dramatic focal point of the room; along with
the 50
inch television. The new powder bath in the laundry came out beautifully.
We
had SIX individual projects. You and the team were able to bring our
concepts to design and in to reality.
There are so many reasons I would recommend Expert Design to anyone.
From
start to finish Expert Design is a class-act. Your team was honest
and
straightforward. Even in times of difficulty, when items or subs did
not
deliver, Jeff came to the rescue. Jeff was the best! He worked on removing
the stairs and re-creating the trim to Perfection.
They patiently listened and responded to our wants and needs. When
they
give their word that something would be done, it was done. Customer
satisfaction is obviously very important to you and the crew of Expert
Design. Every step of the way they worked with us to ensure the job
was
executed and completed to our total satisfaction.
The quality of the work was superb. These guys are real craftsmen.
They
showed up on time and treated our home as if it were their own. All
personnel were polite and courteous. We never felt nervous about any
workman they brought into our home.
